Horticulturalist/Gardener
We are looking for a horticulturalist to join our garden maintenance division in a full-time position. You will be required to work both as part of a team as well as being able to work independently. You will work as part of a team as well as be given responsibility for maintaining and developing several gardens yourself.
To apply for this position, you will need:
- Cert lll in Horticulture (Parks and Gardens)
- Strong work history with demonstrated loyalty to previous employers
- Reliable references
- A current driver’s license (to drive a manual vehicle)
Skills required:
- Experienced in the use of power gardening equipment, and comfortable working on ladders
- Good plant knowledge and identification of pests and diseases
- Attention to detail
- Good physical fitness
- Excellent time management skills
To be successful in the role you will need to be hardworking with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is honest, has a passion for gardening, and takes pride in their work.
